Do the lessons work on iPads/iPods/iPhones?
Yes, the video lessons play on all of these devices and also on Android devices and regular desktop computers/laptops.
Do I have to download the video lessons to watch them?
No, all the videos are streamed directly to your device. You can watch them anywhere with an internet connection, at any time and as many times as you want.
Are these lessons beginner, intermediate or advanced?
The beginner saxophone lessons do exactly as they say: the lessons teach you the fundamentals of playing the saxophone, right from the very beginning. But the fundamental principles taught on this course would be useful for intermediate players to re-visit to ensure there are no problems with technique and that they aren’t getting into any bad habits. Our students would tell you that the lessons work on all levels. However, the Get The Sound Course is for more advanced saxophone players.
How can I pay for the course?
You may use any credit/debit card or funds from your bank account, all through PayPal. PayPal is the best, easiest and cheapest way to send and receive money on the internet and it’s very safe and reliable. If you don’t have a PayPal account, just go to www.paypal.com and it’ll take a few seconds to set one up. You don’t have to do this if you want to use a credit/debit card though.
How much practice do I have to do?
Ed asks for 20 minutes per day, whether you’re taking the jazz harmony or beginner sax course. This will enable you to get the most out of the course and achieve your full potential.
What if I find the course too hard or I don’t like it?
If the course isn’t for you, you’ll know within the first 30 days. During that time, you can get a full refund with no questions asked.
What if I get busy half way through the course?
That’s ok – the lessons will keep hitting your email inbox (with the tracks and handouts) each week but if you need time to catch up before meeting Ed for your private Skype lesson at the end of the course, just let us know and we will ensure we find a suitable date and time.
